GameCloud minutes

Automatic tracking is charged by the minute of video processed, on top of a plan that includes it. Minutes are bought in packs, credited to your organisation rather than to one person, and never expire.

Buying minutes

Go to your plan page. Larger packs cost less per minute — see pricing.

How they are spent

Submitting a video for automatic tracking reserves minutes equal to the video's length before the job starts. If the job fails, the minutes are refunded in full — you are never charged for a job that produced nothing.

Running out

If a video is longer than your remaining balance the job is refused up front, so a job never stops half-finished. Your current balance is on your account page.
